Release from detention center
The detainee is released from custody on the day on which the time limit for applying pre-trial detention expires (or on the day on which the custody is served with the documents on the basis of which he is released). The authority to which the detainee was available shall be notified of the release. A person is released with a deposit. If necessary, the administration of the detention center is to assist the released person in traveling to the place of residence or place of residence or to the medical entity. Immediately before release, prisoners should be provided with information to prepare them for life after release, including the scope of post-penitentiary assistance and institutions and bodies providing this assistance (addresses and competences of organizations located in the detained person's place of residence).
If the condition of the dismissed person does not allow him to be transported to a medical facility (and it requires hospital treatment), he remains in the hospital custody until he can be brought. This should be immediately notified to the penitentiary judge and the disposing authority. If possible, family and loved ones are notified.
