- In the event of a conviction of an offender for an offense specified in art. 173, art. 174, art. 177 or in art. 355, if the perpetrator was intoxicated or under the influence of a narcotic drug or escaped from the scene of the incident, the court decides to pay the victim, and in the event of his death as a result of the offense committed by the convicted person, an item to the closest person whose life situation has suffered as a result of the victim's death deteriorated.
