This refers to a situation in which at least two equally probable versions of events are possible, which cannot be unequivocally resolved. However, if a party challenges the manner in which evidence was assessed, for example, the credibility of witnesses or conclusions drawn from the evidence, then the dispute concerns a violation of Article 7 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, not the principle of in dubio pro reo.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The ruling serves as an important reminder for the
